Open Noor and tap anywhere on the screen — every tap is one count, with haptic feedback that intensifies as you approach your goal. The ring shows progress toward your target. When you finish a round you'll see a completion card; choose "Count again" to start the next round or "Choose another dhikr".

Press and hold anywhere on the counter for about half a second. A confirmation appears ("Reset this round?"), and right after resetting an Undo toast appears for a few seconds in case it was accidental.

The small "Quick Tasbeeh" widget and the Lock Screen bead mirror whatever dhikr you last selected inside the app. Tapping +1 on them adds to that exact same tally — app and widget stay in sync, and completing a round from the widget records it in your history too. If the numbers look stale after reinstalling, remove the widget, reopen the app once, then add the widget again.

The Live Activity ends gracefully when a round completes (it shows your final state briefly first), when you reset, or when you switch dhikrs. It also needs permission: check iOS Settings → Face ID & Notifications → Noor → allow Live Activities. Starting a new count brings it back automatically.

Sound modes are: Off, Tick (soft click each count), and Chime (gentle tone on completion). Toggle via Settings → Counting → Sound, or the speaker pill under the ring on the main screen. Changes apply instantly. Note: sounds respect your device's silent-switch setting like all system audio.

Yes — Settings → Counting → Vibration offers Off, Each count, On completion only, and Full (counts + halfway milestone + completion). There's also a quick vibration pill next to the sound one on the main screen.

Settings → Reminders → tap ➕, pick any dhikr from your library and a time. These are local notifications generated by your own device — nothing is sent from a server, ever. If reminders don't appear, check Settings → Notifications → Noor → Allow Notifications, then re-save any reminder.

A vajifa is an ordered set of dhikr steps (for example the built-in Morning Vajifa or Friday Durood). Create your own via Vajifa → ➕: add steps, drag to reorder, and set each step's target. During a session you complete one step at a time with its own mini-counter, and your overall progress is saved even if you close the app mid-way.

Everything lives only on your device — there are no accounts, no cloud, no analytics. Deleting the app deletes all data permanently. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.

Yes — Settings → Privacy → "Hide count numbers" shows only the progress ring for calm, private counting. You can also personalize fonts, ring color, count color, and background under Settings → Appearance.
